Phenolic Tacifier Resin for Rubber Industry is a phenolic, thermoplastic tackifier resin and is ideally suited for manufacturing of tires and mechanical rubber goods which require high tack levels. The Resin comes packed in 25 kg in laminated paper bags and has 12 months shelf life. The Resin has no tendency to change properties during storage if kept in cool dry place in closed containers. The Resin show good tack properties towards natural and synthetic rubbers and the resins could be used in the manufacture of tires, industrial hoses, conveyer belts. The Resin is designed to work as a rubber pacifier giving good initial tack and tack retention and the tack is an important property for fabrication of rubber stocks. The Phenolic Tacifier Resin for Rubber Industry has little effect on cure and is used wherever tenacious bonds are necessary, especially with synthetic rubber.
